Picking Limes

It's not about fruit, it's about choices.

I gave birth to two baby boys with no pain and no meds using Hypnobabies.

It was so easy to learn, I did it mostly in my sleep.  In. My. Sleep.  It was incredible!

Interested?  You can do this too.

Don't let the deepening get you down

If you're doing the Hypnobabies Homestudy, maybe you know what I'm talking about.  Every time you do that Deepening script you go crazy.  You itch, you twitch, you're irritated.  It's so visceral - like it's crawling all over you!  Argh.  The good news is:  it's good news that it's driving you nuts.  Really!  From Sudonk on the boards at BabyCenter:

"Congratulations!  I call that the "itchy and twitchy stage", and it's a great sign!  Some people experience it as itching, restlessness or just mental annoyance while practicing.  But however you experience it, what you're describing is perfectly normal, and is actually a sign that you're going deeply enough into hypnosis that the tiny involuntary muscles in your skin are relaxing and leading to a feeling of restlessness.  Good job! "
